We want to meet your needs if you’re needing an appointment during the times that aren’t listed above please call the salon (fees will apply).

What's the cancellation policy?

Providing fabellous timely service is the core of our business. Your appointment is reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without 24 hour notice, we will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the cancelled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.” We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Fees must be collected before you’re able to rebook an appointment with anyone in the salon.

I’m running late, what should I do?

We’re human and we understand things happen that may cause us to run behind. If you’re going to be late please contact the salon asap. If we’re still able to accommodate you please be patient as we might have to work you in with others to keep from running too behind. If you show up for your appointment and it’s outside of the grace period (15mins) you may be subject to a late fee which will be up to the discretion of your stylist.

What are my payment options?

With proper identification we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover. We DO NOT ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS, VENMO, PAYPAL or CASH APP Payments.

Can I bring kids or a guest?

At the moment we only have enough space for those who are receiving a service.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Do y'all accept walk ins?

We accept walk ins everyday on a first come first serve basis. You may call the salon at 9013104399 to secure a same day appointment.

Who is the best?

We are blessed with a wide array of very skilled and highly trained ladies, all of whom have gone through the same extensive advanced training. Any of our stylists/techs will do a very faBELLous job on your services.

Do you offer any GUARANTEES?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your services. Please do not leave our establishment if you’re not satisfied with your services as all sales and transactions are final. We will do our very best to ensure your services are fabellous and you have a wonderful experience. In the event you’re not completely satisfied please speak with management. If you have suggestions for our business that will help us to improve our salon or any aspect of the customer service experience, please let us know. We would love to hear from you!

I’ve been supporting the salon... are there any perks or rewards?

We appreciate your business! To keep our customers coming back to us time and time again, we have finally implemented a faBELLous rewards program to acknowledge your loyalty. You will earn points every time you’re serviced at Fabellous Beauty Lounge. After you’ve accumulated enough points, you can redeem them! (Discount can not be used on protective styles and extensions installs)

What’s your refund policy?

We are very confident in all of our extensions and products therefore we don’t issue any refunds and all sales are final.
